Guest Information
- Chez Langley sleeps a maximum of four persons.
- Our prices are fully inclusive of heating, water, logs, towels and bed linen.
- Weekly lets are from Saturday to Saturday.
- A provisional booking must be confirmed by payment of a deposit of one third of the total rental within seven days.
Payment of the balance is payable eight weeks before the arrival date. Bookings made within eight weeks of the arrival date
must be paid in full immediately.
- A damage deposit of £250.00 is required. This is due eight weeks before your arrival date and should be paid at the
same time as payment of the balance or immediately if you are booking less than eight weeks before your arrival date. It
will be refunded after your departure provided that no damage has been caused.
- Cheques should be made payable to 'Michael & Patricia Langley'. Payments can also be made by direct bank transfer.
- Chez Langley is available from 4.00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure.
- We regret that we cannot accept pets.
- Chez Langley is a strictly non-smoking household.
- Guests are advised to obtain cancellation insurance.
- Our full terms and conditions, of which the foregoing are part only, will be made available prior to final booking.
